General Business Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to any products or services purchased from American Sequoia Sàrl (d/b/a Springfree Switzerland) on the website, www.springfreetrampoline.ch.
Offers
Our offers are non-binding. Images, dimensions, and weights are part of the offer and are given for information only.
Springfree trampolines are designed for private (family) use, and have European safety standards for trampolines for domestic use, norms EN71-14.
Springfree Switzerland does not endorse collective use.
Sales contract
By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.
The receipt of the order is confirmed to you by an automatically generated email and sent to the address provided by you. The confirmation email of a placed order does not constitute a guarantee of availability or delivery. It only tells the customer that Springfree Switzerland has received your order.
Springfree Switzerland reserves the right to verify the order, prices, availability, and payment.
In case of a product ordered that is out of stock or there is an error, we will contact you to remedy the situation. We will inform you of the expected delay and will propose alternative products. If, however, you are not satisfied, you may cancel your order, and we will refund you in full within 10 business days of receipt of notice of cancellation.
Price
All our prices are indicated in Swiss Francs CHF, with VAT included.
Shipping times
Estimated shipping times are indicated with the product descriptions but are not guaranteed. We make every effort to respect estimated delivery times.
Delivery
Springfree Switzerland’s delivery area includes the entire territory of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Participation is required on your part.
Delivery charges are as follows:
- Trampoline: CHF 99
- Single accessory: CHF 12
- Accessory pack: CHF 36
In case of delivery in a pedestrian zone, additional fees may apply.
Assembly is not included with delivery unless indicated or planned in advance. Delivery with assembly is available in most postal codes and will show as a delivery option in your shopping cart.
Deliveries are made by Springfree Switzerland or a shipping company. We do not ship to PO Boxes. The shipping company will propose you a date and time slot for your trampoline delivery.
There is also an option that can be selected online to pick up the goods at our showroom in Etoy (VD) or Arni (AG). Pickup in Etoy is by appointment only. Please contact (022) 774 06 57 to set up a date and time. Pickup in Arni is possible during the showroom's opening hours.
Payment
Our terms are full payment before goods are shipped. Goods to be picked up can be paid in advance or at the time of pickup.
All products and services are payable either by:
- Cash (store pick up)
- Bank Transfer in advance
- TWINT
- Credit card: Mastercard; Visa; Diners Club
- PayPal: Mastercard; Visa; Diners Club; American Express
Warranty
Goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the terms of which are indicated on our Warranty Information page.
Springfree Trampoline warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of private use and service which do not include general wear and tear, burns, cuts, or snags.
The warranty is valid only for recreational use in the private home and does not cover trampolines used in a commercial environment (e.g. schools, organizations, hotels, parks, etc.) due to the different nature of use.
Springfree Trampoline is not responsible for any costs, damage, or repairs resulting from weather, theft, fire damage, vandalism, or repairs/alterations carried out by unauthorized parties or agents. The warranty does not cover expenses for labor, travel, or shipping of parts replaced under warranty.
Detailed warranty coverage information in English language is also included with trampoline and accessory installation manuals.
Responsibility
Buyers opting to assemble products themselves are responsible for proper installation according to guidelines provided by the manufacturer. Usage guidelines must be followed and regular maintenance checks performed. American Sequoia Sàrl cannot be held responsible for injuries or damage resulting from customers’ installations or their general use of Springfree products.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, you may do so provided that the goods have not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us by telephone at 022 774 06 57. Cancellation requests sent by email will only be considered valid if you receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging the cancellation.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 10 days. Any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the refund, where applicable.

Right of Return
You may return goods within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition.
Eligible returns will be refunded in full, excluding:
- Delivery charges paid for shipping the goods to the customer;

Any non-refundable payment processing fees or commissions charged by the payment provider.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Online privacyAll personal data will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except for information required to deliver your order. All data will be recorded and used only by American Sequoia Sàrl.
